Ben Mantle represents and advises labor unions in grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and other labor and employment law matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as staff attorney for a private sector union and represented the Union in collective bargaining, grievance mediation and arbitration, and in state and federal administrative matters. He also served as union officer election committee chair and as a Taft-Hartley pension and health fund trustee. Ben has been active in the labor movement for over 20 years. 

While in law school, Ben advised nonprofit organizations pursuing racial, economic, and social justice on entity formation and self-governance as part of the Community Economic Development Clinic. He was also awarded the Major League Baseball Players Trust Michael Weiner Scholarship for Labor Studies.
