Hayes, Ortega & Sanchez is a California labor and employment law firm representing labor unions, public employee associations, and their members.  Our practice covers the full scope of labor relations, including collective bargaining and contract negotiations, grievance and arbitration, disciplinary and civil service appeals, unfair practice charges before PERB and the NLRB.
