Stephanie A. Kierig provides guidance to public and private sector union clients on a variety of issues, including employee discipline, contract interpretation, and merits of potential lawsuits. Her practice includes representing unions and their members in arbitrations, appeals, hearings before civil service commissions, and unfair labor practice charges with both the Public Employment Relations Board and National Labor Relations Board.
Ms. Kierig has litigated matters in state and federal courts on behalf of public and private sector labor organizations.
Ms. Kierig worked full-time at the Firm during the entire time she attended law school. She started at the Firm as a paralegal in 2011; and during her last year of law school, she worked as the Firm’s law clerk. She became an associate with the Firm in 2017.
