Rachel Teresa Konrad is a veteran of the U.S. Navy who worked as a JAG attorney. In her second tour of  duty, Rachel  was the primary defense counsel for members of the U.S. Navy stationed in the Middle East region and ran the satellite branch office on NSA Bahrain.
