Renee Q. Sanchez
Renee has represented labor unions throughout Southern California and across the United States for over a decade. Renee exclusively represents labor unions and their members in both the private and public sectors.
Renee has extensive experience representing clients in labor arbitrations involving discipline and contract interpretation. She represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Los Angeles County Employee Relations Commission (ERCOM). Renee is highly proficient in all areas of traditional labor law. She also regularly represents clients in litigation before state and federal trial courts.
Renee began her career in northern California as a plaintiff-side civil rights litigator. Renee has served on the National Executive Committee of the National Lawyers Guild and currently serves on the steering committee of the Labor and Employment Committee of the National Lawyers Guild.
Prior to her legal career, Renee was a labor organizer with the California Nurses Association (CNA). Renee left CNA when she was accepted to law school, but returned afterwards to continue her work as a Business Agent, where she represented hundreds of nurses in San Francisco, California.
