Lauren M. Arens
Practice:
Lauren Arens has worked with Dennis J. Hayes since 2001, which has provided her with broad experience in both private and public sector unions, and preparing for litigation and administrative agency matters. After graduating Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May of 2008 and passing the California bar, Mrs. Arens joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Mrs. Arens has worked with Mr. Hayes negotiating public sector memoranda of agreements and private sector collective bargaining agreements since 2008. In this practice, Mrs. Arens prepares proposals, conducts salary surveys, prepares requests for information, meets and prepares negotiation teams for the negotiation process, and assists with all aspects of negotiations.
