Our labor clients are public employee associations, including law enforcement associations, and labor unions representing nurses and other health care professionals, postal workers and letter carriers, truck drivers, warehouse workers, and food and commercial workers.

Our litigation attorneys both bring and defend against various types of lawsuits. We enforce contractual and statutory rights in the trial courts, in federal and state courts of appeal, and before the California Supreme Court.
